Waited 1 1/2 hours. We were asked who we were to see & if we had our paperwork filled out. We had everything. 45 minutes after our appt time I knocked on the door to find out the therapist had left. She had called me at home & personally set up this appt. She remembered nothing. We wasted so much time & I pulled my daughter out of school for nothing. If you set up an appt, you should write it down & show up.

HORRIBLE service!! would never recommend Madison avenue or even worse specifically MARNI SHRUM to ANYONE!! EVER!! The way she handles her business is completely unprofessional. I would confidently say she has a cancel rate of AT LEAST 50%. That's at least 50% of the time that she would cancel my appointment! And at time with only hours notice! If i cancel there was fee, but was then any compensation when she canceled? Of course not! People go to a psychological professional to get help, not to have half there appointments canceled on short notice! AAANNNDDDD! On top of that! when we finally got sick of it and stopped going she sends a bill for balance due, which I'm okay with, she did perform services so i understand there is a bill due, but she was told to send it to collections and we would pay it when we financially could! and she went through and started charging any card shed ever been given until one went through! MARNI SHRUM was a terrible therapist, and very unprofessional! I would never recommend her or Madison Avenue to anyone! Stay away, find a real prefessional!

If I could I would give 0 stars. I went there and was diagnosed but have never been able to get my paperwork sent to my doctor to be treated! Now I have to start all over and it qas a waste of time and money! Thanks for screwing with your patients! Idiots

I have fired 3 three Therapist in the last 3 years!! I love my Amanda she is down to earth, listens and helps me a lot. Just a wonderful person!!
