Very unprofessional. I called for an appointment over a month ago and was told that they did accept my insurance. I get a call at 4 o'clock the day before my appointment saying they do not take my insurance and that I would have to pay upfront $300.

Not at all satisfied . My son is a pre med student who went here foe adhd testing for MCAT. Have been trying for 2 months to get a paper required by the AMA filled out .

Well I wish I could write a more detailed review about the company but I can’t as I still haven’t been able to step a foot inside of the building.This morning I was called to have my appointment rescheduled for the 3rd time this month.Now they are trying to schedule me for an January appointment which is when my insurance ends.All I wanted to do was to take care of my mental health as much as I could while I could but hey...

This office has always bent over backwards to take care of my family and myself. One of the best places in the area that goes beyond the requirements and truly cares about their patients!

these people are extremely rude. if you're going here, you obviously need help, and they don't make it any easier for you. the people at the front desk make you feel ignorant, talk to you like crap. when all you're there to do is seek help. they deny me from getting helped because of the few times i canceled, but with what i'm diagnosed with, comes social anxiety, and these people are very inconsiderate.

SANDRA, the office manager, has a bad attitude!!! I tried to make an appointment, but her VERY nasty attitude towards me pissed me off, so I decided to go somewhere else. They need to counsel her on how to treat potential clients or they will not have any business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The therapists and staff are extremely professional and courteous. They will work with you and you insurance to me sure you receive the best treatment available specific to your needs. My therapist and Dr. Dudley my psychiatrist genuinely seem invested in my well-being. I am so happy I found them. They are also prompt in returning calls and filling out paperwork. I highly recommend and I am so happy Psychology Associates is a part of my wellness team.
