Poor front desk work. Had a 1230 appointment and finally was seen at 330. Paperwork given to me by receptionist in three rounds. Final report never sent to my son's pediatrician nor will they give them to me. I was told I could pick up his paperwork but when I arrived they could not find it. I was told it would be faxed over to me and I never received it. This has been going on now for 35 days. My son needs his medication changed and this place is very unorganized. They need a new receptionist who knows how to work!

I love everyone here. KRISTINA the office manager is awesome. She had all my sons paperwork scored and ready before the doctor called us back. She was very helpful with any questions I had. Dr. Lancaster was great. He is straight to the point. Dr. Vinict is also a great doctor! I am so glad we decided to go here.

Do not waste your time I took a special needs child for testing they open st 8 am I had an 8 am appointment. No one showed up I left at 820 am. I called at 815 am and was told casually no one there some one will show up. Protect your child DO NOT GO HERE IM REPORTING THIS PLACE

Appoiment was at 12:30. Waited for an hour and thirty minutes in the main waiting area with small children. The place was pretty much empty. Only one person was infront of us and already being seen. I got the impression everyone was in lunch. Receptionist wasn’t very apologizing and made rude coments when I complained for the wait since it was 2pm and I had to be back home before 2:40 for the school bus. Right infront of me, she picked up the phone and said “OK” and hanged up with a matter of seconds. Then she tells me she already let the doctor know. ... WTF? She didn’t speak to anyone! I asked her what was that and she said it was a cue call letting the doctor know a patient in the waiting area was fussing. Fussing?! I was livid. Also, apparently there’s no superviser or managmeng on site. Only the main doctor. I found this place unprofessional. Do not recommend.
