This is the most unprofessional practice I've been to. The staff is untrained and unprofessional. The girl at the front desk was wearing a half shirt and the rest of the staff (5 of them) looked confused and didn't know where they were. After 1.5 hours of waiting for my appointment today left. Horrible service.

I brought my daughter up here to talk with Jessica. Jessica is very easy to talk to and seems like she genuinely cares. We also didn't have to wait long in the waiting area before being called back. I look forward to Jessica working with my daughter.

I didn’t even get to fill out the paperwork before I left. The woman I talked to on the phone told me to bring my pay stub or my w-2 when I came as I’m self pay. I brought my check stub and was told I had to a month of pay stubs to qualify for the self pay discount. I told the lady what was told to me on the phone and they don’t care. I don’t walk around with this paperwork on me. I was told I would have to pay the full price of $180 if I wanted to proceed with my appointment. I told them to forget it and left. If you are seeking help, go somewhere else. They don’t care about you here. Very unprofessional.

This place is awful. All they care about is making money. The office personnel was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I was charged over and over for absolutely nothing, and when I called to ask why, they were rude and gave me a different answer every time. This was my first time seeking professional help and after visiting this place, I never will again. My actual therapist was nice and did her best to help. I have no complaints about her. But just the environment itself and the office staff make it so awful.

This place is under new management and doing great. I recently had an appointment with the nurse practitioner. Her service was great, she listened to my concerns and was very professional! The front office was very personable and professional as well. I recommend it to anyone considering therapy or a nurse practitioner.

In 30 years of therapy WORST PLACE EVER! Can't ever get anyone on the phone. Receptionists are always rude. I was being seen by the best nurse ever at this location for 4 years. She moved and the woman they replaced her with had an ego that puts arrogant Drs to shame.. My medication was working but she thought she could do better so she started playing around with my meds and I almost wound up in the hospital!!! Tia Beasley is the worst I've seen in the 30 plus years of therapy I've had.She doesn't care what works and she doesn't listen and when you have to repeat yourself because she keeps asking same questions, she charges extra!!?!

I honestly felt like my counselor half listened, I’ve dealt with flashbacks and severe mood swings and when I said something happened she swept it under the rug and made the excuse “teenage hormones.” And my medicine dr don’t get me wrong she was so sweet but she made me stay on meds knowing it was messing with my enzymes because my mom didn’t want me to go back to parkwood

Tried to make an appointment for a family member and the office personnel was very unprofessional. I won't repeat her statements verbatim but I'll sum it up as "a la ghetto". If it's any indication of the services that are provided, no one should select this place for counseling. Perhaps the office personnel should utilize the service.

It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Finally, we got an appointment with Mr. Joslin and we were all 3 in a cramped closet turned office. It was very uncomfortable. The counselor seemed rushed, and not warm at all. It was not even remotely helpful, and maybe because of being cramped like sardines. We are going to look elsewhere. We did not get a good vibe from the company or the counselor.

Jessica Reed is one of the best counselor's however the rules of the office are unreasonable since you can never make contact with the office personal. I had cancelled my future appointments and no one ever responded to the message left. There is a huge need for an office manager with some EXPERIENCE in dealing with the public. I needed services for my children and I am happy to take my children elsewhere for their needs to be meet. THIS OFFICE HAS NEAN ATTITUDE WHICH I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS NEEDING TO BE HUMBLED! A-LOT!!!!

I am not one to bash any business, however i called this place to try and get an appointment for my daughter and they advised me they could not take her due to her mental status is a liability?? She went to a facility and due to the financial cost i had to opt out. I signed ama so that the facility would not be responsible for her actions once we left. So I would not go to this place now or refer anyone i know to this place. I am pretty sure people who have been depressed or whatever they are going through seek help??!!

Love this place. Had an issue with the doctor being out for a couple weeks and after that I scheduled an appointment but they called and said she had to register her child into school and that I needed to reschedule. But even after that, I have so much trust and faith in them. the doctor is absolutely awesome and she really cares. thank you so much for your concerns and because of you, New Directions Counseling, and God I'm doing so much better.
