I have known Tiffany for several years and we became instant friends... I felt a connection to her the day we met and at the time I really didn’t know why other than I felt God had brought her into my life for a reason with God nothing is by chance... As time went on my Grandson was needing help and he started to seeing Tiffany and he has responded to her and her staff very well... Later my mother was ill and I seem as if life was caving in on me again I called and started to seeing Tiffany also.. Since this time my daughter and all three of her children are seeing them... God is good and if you and your family are in need of counseling Tiffany and her staff are called to this service, they are not just in it for a job... They go beyond their responsibilities to their patients they care about their well being and pray for them and seek to help them in whatever the next may be..

Please read!!!!A few weeks ago my family had a bad experience with this counseling service. Since then my faith has been restored in the kindness and genuine caring that the staff has shown my family. Due to the initial negative experience, I wrote a review with a 1 star rating. I want to let people know that the situation was immediately resolved by Mrs Tiffany and her staff. There was no awkwardness in recieving the services they are offering my family. Katherine and Tiffany are loved and respected by my family, and I feel sincere concern and prayers for my family. We are healing by the power of God, and by Him leading these special people into our lives! Our experience was not by accident, but God-led! I pray that my initial impression did not deter anyone from considering using this organization!

From the front desk to the counselors,CFAC goes above and beyond. The office administrator, Bethany worked diligently to find appointments that would accommodate my busy schedule and hectic life. Both Tiffany and Catherine surpassed their role as a counselor always making sure we felt comfortable at every appointment. We have had continued success with support from Counseling for a Cause!

I have used Tiffany for counseling services for both myself and my family for 3 years now. We initially were referred to her for my oldest daughter for some issues she was working through. While seeing her for this, my wife and I began seeing her for marriage counseling. We had already been to two other counselors and either one or both of us just didn't "click" with them. Tiffany was placed into our lives at just the right time, when things were looking bleak. The only thing holding us together was loose faith, waning determination and the fact our oldest child was having issues and we were determined to help her, even above our own needs. Tiffany was able to gently speak God's truth back into our entire family. It was not quick, it was not painless and it was not without both forward momentum and regression. We owe so much to Tiffany (and her family and staff). My wife and I have never been more solid in our relationship. I wish I could say life was perfect but life with 3 young kids we are finding is never "perfect"! We all continue to see Tiffany on a regular to semi regular basis and honestly, couldn't imagine seeing anyone else at this point. I have recommended friends and co workers to her practice and I would do the same for you.

Our first appointment was scheduled via the phone by our son’s grandmother. My wife called back to confirm and gather any info. She put the appointment in her calendar for 11:30. She arrived at 11:40 due to the fact that she is a nurse and works M-F 7-3 so it’s difficult to get relief and esp get someone on time to relieve her. She works in Tupelo. Our son is in school at Dorsey. I’m When she arrives, she signs in. Nobody is in the parking lot. Nobody in the waiting room. They called her back to inform her the appointment was actually at 11:10 and she was suppose to be there 20 mins early to fill out paperwork. She apologized for her misunderstanding and confusion. She willing told them she would wait however long due to the miscommunication. The guy, Beau, informed her that she should know about paperwork since she is a nurse— which my wife does know about filling out paperwork, but wasn’t told to be there any earlier. They proceeded to tell her that there was no way to get our son in and she would have to reschedule for 4 weeks out— now our son is in school and it was recommended by his teachers to possibly see about having him tested— saying that to say, obviously he is needing an appointment asap due to school struggles. My wife agrees to the next appointment, but was upset because she has taken off of work and got our son out of school. When she leaves, STILL no other patients in waiting room or parking lot— she calls the office to confirm the appointment so there is NO MISCOMMUNICATION this time. The secretary, Lauren, proceeds to tell her she will also be charged $50 per policy due to them having to reschedule the appointment— they gave her the paperwork before she left this time. Per policy, it states cancellation fee of $50 for no shows and cancelling less than 24 hr notice— yet she did show up and she wasn’t the one who cancelled— The front office people are ruining this business. What happened to customer service? Empathy? Just simple kindness and sincerity? The only thing that kept being repeated is the fact of HAVING TO TAKE LUNCH AND BLAMING MY WIFE for all lack of communication.... this “counseling center” will reap what it sows. Obviously the main concern is only MONEY and CONVENIENCE. Not the children or patients. When my wife’s mother called back to explain the situation again to see if maybe it would help any, Beau then told her that the appointment will not be scheduled until the $50 is paid first Oh, and not that it matters, but our son isn’t on Medicaid or get any kind of government assistance so this comes strictly out of our pockets. Better Business Bureau will be contacted along with a few others. This place gets ZERO stars and respect.

My son has seen many therapist and they all give up on him . Than my mom told me about Mrs Tiffany and I called to make appointment to get him in to see her . The receptionist Was very respectful and got him as quickly she had a opening . My son fells comfortable and safe and loved by Mrs Tiffany and her safe is the only ones who has not gave up on him . The therapist at counseling For a Cause is not in it for the money they are in it because they care about others and God has given them a gift to help people heal . I believe in Mrs Tiffany and her safe because they believe in us they never have negative things to say and they are never rude are mean just loving and caring

My 4 year old grandson had an initial appt with counseling for a cause. My grandson lost his father to a brutal murder on May 13th. My daughter called to ask for directions and to let them know she was going to be a little late ( appt was at 11:30, she would have arrived at 11:33) . The receptionist was offended by my daughter's dry respond. Please keep in mind that my daughter is suffering from anxiety , disconnection, and depression due to the recent events, and it was a very positive step in healing for her to get her son the help he may need. Just the fact that she was able to shower and leave the house was a major accomplishment. My daughter responded to the receptionist's statement "You were supposed to be here 15 min. early" by saying, "Well, that didn't happen." After my daughter said that, she immediately apologized and explained that she needed counseling also. My daughter thanked the receptionist for the directions and said we would be there in a couple of minutes. The owner (Beau) immediately called back and said they would not offer him services because my daughter was rude. I had to take the call because my daughter was not in the state of mind to speak to anyone. I apologized for my daughter's rude statement and tried to explain to him the circumstances. He blatantly did not care and demonstrated no apathy whatsoever. He was very rude to me and did not let me talk at all. He did offer to send an email to me with other recommendations for counseling services. Actually he said, " Do you want me to send you an email or not." Of course I told him I did, and thanked him, and apologize again for my daughter's harsh statement. The email was never sent. He said it must have gotten lost in his outbox. My family is going through a very emotionally hard time, and was met by hostility and lack of compassion from a business claiming to help. I hope people take the time to read this, if you still decide that Counseling for a Cause is right for you, I wish you the best results. ****Update on the events of today**** The owner of Counseling for a Cause ( the man we spoke to was the co-owner) called my daughter and me to apologize for what took place today. She was very sincere and concerned for our family's well-being. She assured us that her business is not ran that way, and steps would be made so no one else will receive that kind of treatment. Thank you for your concern, Mrs. Phillips. It meant alot to us to hear from you.

I enjoy coming here to be able to heal . The safe are loving and caring. I feel comfortable talking to the therapist there they don’t judge people I’m glad to be going to Mrs Tiffany’s office to be able to heal from the hurt I’ve been throw .

The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere is loving and relaxing, as soon as you enter the door. My stepson has been working with Carmen, therapist, for 3 months and his attitude has changed drastically. We have decreased behavior problems at school, teachers are sending praise reports, and tantrums at home has gone from multiple times a day to less than once a week. I have recommended other family members and friends for therapy at this clinic and will continue to speak highly of them. Sometimes a warm welcome, a smile and a couple of kind comments can brighten your day, and I've experienced this as well as exceptional customer service every time I've walked in the door. Sometimes it can be difficult finding a counselor or a doctor that is a good fit for you or your family, that's understandable. For the first time in my life I feel I've found a facility and a doctor who have taken the time to adequately address my needs. I highly recommend giving them a chance.
