I really feel a need to share my experience at this clinic. My therapist is someone who makes you know you are cared about and you do matter. She always asks how are you doing, and lets you express your concerns. We work on a plan to help grow and get healthy. We review the last session and see what progress was made or what needs more work to continue moving in the right direction. I feel there is great thought and compassion in every session. It is a safe place to be real and honest and know you are still cared for and about.

My daughter has been treated by a practitioner here for several years. We all love her! Recently my husband went through major health issues. Both he (post cardiac arrest problems) and I (stress!!!) needed help and after a horrendous experience with a Park Nicollet Psychiatrist we called Mental Health Counseling Services. They have been wonderful -very supportive. They take the time to get to know the issues, and i believe we trust them to help us find good answers. Couldn't say more positively- it's been a good experience .
