Because they would not willing to help me with my mental health problems at my school. Before they saw some success within my behavior with my family at home. I WAS NOT HAVING ANY BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS WITH MY FAMILY AT HOUSE! So they aren't very comdating.

They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. There suggestions and ongoing support have literally and I'm using that work correctly, changed our family dynamic for the better as we have two kiddos on the autism spectrum. Last June our family wasn't falling apart but no one was happy and we were in a tailspin. Now things are on the up and up and the future is brighter!

We had a positive experience with them from 2011-2013, but when we contacted them again for some recent issues that cropped up with our son it did not go well. Little effort was made to build a relationship with our son and he started acting out on days the therapist would show up. Eventually, she told us she was transferring out of that position and wouldn’t be working in that capacity anymore, yet we saw her working with a client in our small town a couple of months later. Shows dishonesty at the top of the organization.
