Office ladies are the only reason they get any star at all. Everything else sucks. I’ve seen three different therapists there. First one didn’t have a compatible approach for me, second one was a lot better and we had 2-3 good sessions then told me she wanted to see me every week and next day I get a call from intake coordinator that she will be gone for an indefinite amount of time, third therapist is probably the worst. She’s constantly checking the time not even sure if she’s really listening. She always has us start late then ends it 10 minutes early sometimes even earlier. She doesn’t even pretend to genuinely care. Lots of long awkward moments of silence. Hopefully the fourth will be someone reliable and genuine.

The reason this isn't one star is the staff were all very nice and helpful Kato Rundle is a therapist there, who worked with me for 3 months. I was leaving an abusive relationship and struggling with grief and wanting to grow. Kato didn't seem to really pay attention to what I was saying, didn't remember what I'd said from past sessions, didn't seem to care at all about me or helping me (professional detachment is fine, but I would like to feel like they genuinely want me to succeed), was never prepared for a session, kept our hour sessions down to as close to 50 minutes as possible, consistently made promises about "next week we'll focus on _____" or "so let's do some education next week!" without ever following through, canceled a session with 3 hours notice and no reimbursement for my inconvenience (if I did the same, I'd be charged $150 for their inconvenience), and at our last session kicked me out 40 minutes early after saying she didn't want to waste anyone's time. I think Therapy Today should really reconsider their professional relationship with Ms. Rundle. I don't necessarily plan to leave their office, as their intake coordinator wants to work with me to find someone else, but at least I won't have a hard time finding a better therapist than Kato. TLDR: Therapy Today is a 4 star office, but Kato Rundle is a 0 star therapist

I worked with someone named Angelica. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. Overall she has not helped me but made me worse. She was unreliable and cancelled appointments, forgot homework she had me do, and will confirm appointments the night before and cancel a few hours before the next day. I told her i was dissatisfied and I not only got yelled at on the phone while I remained calm but she told me to find someone else. I told her I didn't appreciate getting talked to disrespectfully and she told me I was harassing her and to not contact her again. I would not recommend anyone going here or to her. Hopefully other people that work there are not the same. This place in my eyes is a joke and she should pick another career.

The therapist I had always cut me off and talked about their problems more than mine. They told me they accepted my insurance and then waited 4 SESSIONS to tell me they actually didn’t and made me pay a HUGE bill with no apology, along with them making it seem like it had been MY fault. NOT impressed and immediately stopped my sessions.

I would highly recommend Angelica Hernandez! She is has been the most SINCERE and effective therapist I have worked with. She has been able to guide me on my path to healing, whilst giving me tools to help manage new stress. Will continue to schedule. Great staff, cozy office.

I rarely write bad reviews, but when I do it’s after multiple mishaps. The actual therapist I see gets the gold stars. Everything else is a bust. Administration needs to step their damn game up. I went to the check in/billing office in February to check my account. They say I’m good to go even though I was pretty sure my deductible hadn’t been met yet. Nothing from them billing wise in the mail. I check in downstairs with them over the weeks to see my therapist and no comments. No phone calls. I even told them I have a HSA card to pay any bills. Nope I’m good. Then one day they say I MUST pay a balance over $500 immediately or service will be terminated. I call them and the balance has increased. The secretary says just pay the orignal balance and you’ll be good. Your insurance will get the rest. I pay it. OK cool. The next time I come in, I’m told there’s a problem with my account. I go down to the office. The SAME woman who said I was good to go a week ago says I still owe over $100! I had spoken to her several times. Also, their scheduling is horrendous. In the few months I’ve come here, they’ve double booked my therapist twice. One time after 15 minutes, the season had to be canceled as another patient was there for the same time slot. Today, I checked in down stairs with two young ladies. I said whom I was here to see and at what time. They didn’t ask my name, but confirmed my therapist was ready for me. I get there and another person is in the waiting room before me. He was there to see my therapist at the SAME time and he confirmed his appointment with the SAME ladies down stairs as well. My therapist apologizes for all the issues, but the office staff never once has when I’ve brought these issues up. No explanation. Not even an attempt to bs about a computer glitch. I like my therapist. It’s a chill area, but if it happens again, I’m not coming back. Sad thing is, it probably will. :(

I have worked with two people here. The first only lasted for one session, during which they suggested that I try "super brain yoga" and read self help books. I then spent over a month waiting on the intake coordinator to give me an appointment with someone new. My new therapist is good, but the management is still annoyingly incompetent. They fail to adequately explain billing and insurance concerns and lost paperwork multiple times. I'm still on the fence about this place.

I see Angelica Hernandez at Therapy Today, and I have noticed very powerful results from the time I have been there. It's not just one of those "I'll heal you, then wait your next injury" kind of therapies, she has helped heal me and make me feel much more functional then when I started. A wonderful place to work! I had to leave recently, due to moving out of the area, but very much enjoyed my time at Therapy Today. The office staff, owner, and all the the therapists I got to know were such a joy to work with. I would recommend this practice to any therapists looking for somewhere awesome to work, and will continue to refer clients living near there to the many skilled therapists that work there :).

Whoever’s in charge does a good job at scaring therapists away. I stopped seeing my therapist because my session allowance with my insurance had been reached. When I went back, my therapist had left. I asked around about other therapists in the office from the friend who recommended the place and they had actually left to follow their therapist as well.

This is an interesting concept. I have not come to a conclusion on this one. It seems like a super mall of therapists. In this one office, there must be nearly 40 therapists. They share offices on a first come, first serve basis. I have not experienced an actual therapy session, for that was not the purpose for my personal presence. Talking to one of thenpatients, I assertain that the therapy is effective and professional. The atmosphere seem impersonal, but I suppose the quality of care is the important aspect. I have no negative feelings towards this business, I am just sharing an observation.

My experience with Therapy Today has shown that it is a wonderful practice with therapists who care deeply about their clients’ well-being. I have witnessed remarkable transformations in mutual clients who only report good things about their personal therapists. They have helped members of my own family and they often go out of their way to provide educational classes and group events outside of the one-one-one sessions for additional support. I have personally witnessed only the utmost integrity in my interactions with the therapists.

Absolutely horrible, first time I went was good. Second time I spend $7.50 on a Uber and she didn’t keep my appointment gave me and oh well. Staff is horrible. Will never go back.
