Liz Eiton is extremely professional and has helped me tremendously in my life. She gives you homework like learning to meditate and maybe reading some stuff but never holds you to that work. If you want to do some work at improving your life this person can definitely help you. It sounds as if the majority of the negative reviews are centered around not receiving calls back and the work of the receptionist being unsatisfactory.

Took a few turns around the block to find the entrance to this location. But had a great visit today. My son had an evaluation for ASD... Staff was very professional. Waiting area was comfortable and clean.

Fake Reviews!!!! I had 2 sessions at this place, first session waited OVER 1 hour and a half. Once the doctor finally called me into the office he talked with me for less than five minutes. Did not do any type of evaluation on my son, who was also there. Second session waited over an hour, then the therapist strolls into the front door. SHE WASN'T EVEN THERE. Took about 30 mins for her to get set up and finally called us back to examination room. She literally played with my son for 20 minutes then that was it. This is not an evaluation! This was not our first evaluation, trust me they are suppose to actually ask questions and gauge his intelligence levels, she did none of this. Then I get sent a bill for $1,200. At no time through-out alllllllllllllllllllll the waiting did anyone tell me they did not take my insurance and that I would be billed out of pocket. I am convinced these are fake reviews on here because I was not the only one waiting around for hours. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Trust me it will be a waste of your time.

I was referred to this center for a pre operative evaluation. The process was OK there and the staff was nice..... however. After my test was complete.... they never sent my results to my surgeon, and never bothered returning my phone calls.... this office resulted in my surgery being held up.... and is still pending, had to call my insurance company for help because I couldn't reach anyone in the office. Horrible result. I would never go there again. If I had to get another clearance I'd drive to another state before I went to this center again.

This office is horrible. The first time I came here with my children I thought it was very creepy and didnt even look like a drs office but still went. I was told I would get a call back for a follow up appointment and never did! I called a dozen times and never had my calls returned. Almost a year later I decide to try again, get an appointment and no one is even in the office! Do not waste your time here.

Went to receive therapy for anxiety, depression, anger, and addiction issues. Intake went fine, staff that I met was nice enough, told I would get a call back in a week when I was put with a therapist. Waited two weeks, called them to ask about it, receptionist said she would contact the intake coordinator and that I would receive a call very soon. Never heard from them at all.

I had three sessions and waited a total of 3 hours. Each sessions was cut short and when I asked how long a session was I was met with stuttering and wide eyes. The desk staff was disdainful and got into a verbal altercation with me. If you get a whiff of recieving a half assed effort, being patronized, or being treated with disdain unfortunately its not your imagination. Given what brings you in the door in the first place, I recommend you go out of your way to avoid this organization.

Most likely an insurance scam. Ended up creating more psychological problems than they helped with. NOT recommended for WSU students. Would give below one star if I could.
