I started going to the Relationship Center of Michigan after falling into severe depression brought on by untreated PTSD. Dr. Dragun was instrumental in helping me get better, and my quality of life has been the highest in my life due to his help. The staff and the therapists there are simply stellar, and easily the best human beings I've ever encountered. I simply cannot recommend this place enough.

We heard a lot of great things about this place so we decided to take our child there. What a bad experience! The lady she saw was rude and made comments that shouldn't have been said. Very unprofessional! Interview the therapist first before your child see's them!

The business office is only too glad to take your cc info without checking the real coverage of your insurance. They overcharged when they should have only charged a co pay, when confronted they said they would provide an immediate refund then did nothing. Had to call back a week later and then request this all over again. You never really know what they do even when they say they did follow up. Requesting receipts is a pipe dream, they are basically non responsive. Any decent provider should have capability to provide receipt for cash spent for services on premise. This outfit is a joke and incredibly incompetent. When I called with the medical FSA provider on the phone they hung up on us.
