Thomas kelly, very nice guy very understanding, but stopped working with me randomly, after calling the office to contact him and trying to reach his personal cell.

This review is in response to Brandon Gawthrop allegation! I have been working here for over 19 years, and we have NEVER charged for an emergencies'!! I have personally called him 6 times and left voice mails, send him a reminder letters and even used my cell to send him a text warning him to call us and discuss the no show reason?? He called and canceled many times same day or less than the 24 hours notice policy which he signed for , we never charged him, or for his emergency!! That emergency he is talking about we DID NOT charge him for it because He called us and explained and we let it go with no charge, but he also rescheduled for the same time a week later AND he never showed up again due to his work!!! For that we did charge because he promised to pay for his no show but we never heard from him ever since!!! Too bad Brandon!! We have done our best to help you and your family in every way possible, the least to do is to be honest and tell the truth!!

I get to the office as believing it was just to review papers to send to State of Michigan to become a fully licensed counselor and was swindled not only out of 90 dollars by my dignity and trust of therapy professionals. Please any counseling students beware and proceed with caution. Don't trust a person who will take advantage of your ambition and your desire to learn.

Don't go here!! They will charge you $75 if you miss an appointment and have a family emergency with your child. That's what they did to me. 2 years later they send to collections. When I called them that day 2 hours before the appointment to let them know what happened and we were on our way to the hospital. They told us that was fine. Then we got a bill for it and they said they would look into it and get back with us. Haven't heard anything until now. I would not recommend his place they don't know how to run a business. Life happens and they don't care about your family emergency.
