Shared with a therapist that someone i knew was convicted of pedophilia, and he told me some people are wired that way. And we have to accept them for who they are. I was disgusted and cancelled all future appointments.

Our doctor is great but the customer service at reception is terrible. Answering machine says to have pharmacy call in prescriptions, which we have done repeatedly. Pine Rest tries to blame the pharmacy when I know they have called it in. Pine Rest says they will call us back multiple times but never do. Technician said we need to ignore the phone message and call prescriptions in ourselves 3-5 days ahead of time. Even when we do that it doesn’t always work.So now our son is without his medication for 4 days and our doctor is out until Monday.

My dr left. My insurance changed and my Meds couldn’t be refilled. I called and they said they would call it in. They didn’t Now I am out of Xanax, and because I haven’t seen the new doctor yet, they said, “sorry, can’t help. Good luck”. REALLY?!? You tell this to a bipolar, societal anxious person GooLuck?!? Have they seen what Xanax withdrawal looks like?? There are not a lot of options in TC for mental health care, but try, try to go elsewhere!

This is one of the worst facilities I've ever tried to get help from. I suffer from being suicidal and am trying to figure out whether or not I'm bipolar and these people have been ignoring me for about a month at this point. Multiple calls have been made and they were supposed to find me a therapist the week after I went there. No follow ups or anything, and when they say "we will call you back", they don't. So don't waste your time with these uncaring people, find someone that actually cares about your issues and finding you help.

Tried other places and almost gave up. They seem great so far. They have lots of waiting rooms for privacy and easy to park.

What a joke. Cancelled appointments on us without notice, failed to mail us paperwork that was required prior to being seen so cancelled a second appointment...how they expect to treat anyone when it's impossible to get in I have no idea.

These people do not have the best in mind for your children. I have never and would never endorse this place for anyone actually trying to get help for their children.

My Counselor is great, pays close attention and lets me ramble on, I don't get the same canned responses I have gotten from others in the past. I feel he really cares and I feel real progress after only a few visits. His Office is comfortable and clean.

Should not be on this local listing! Very un friendly customer service. No referrals to get help while acting rude on the phone as if you are wasting there time! I feel sorry for anyone who calls this place reaching out for any kind of help at all!
