FYI, these reviews below are garbage. I've never been a patient at this business but I was looking around for recommended options. This business stood out to me because of their "great" reviews. I was looking at two different locations because both of them are fairly close to me and then I realized that most of the reviews are 100% fake. The screenshots below are from the Lake Orion and Bloomfield Hills locations. It shows the same exact review written word for word by different users. This is so shameful to me especially for a business that is there to help you with your mental health and stability. It looks like these reviews were either paid for and/or written by fake users so the business would appear to be a good choice. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.

Are the receptionists supposed to buzz the therapists to let them know their next appointment has arrived? How often do they buzz the therapist to remind them that their client is still waiting? I had noticed at my last session that the person who had signed in before me was seeing the same therapist at 9:30am and I was scheduled at 10:30am. I had also noticed the receptionist pick up the phone, push some buttons and then hang up twice within 15 minutes of me getting there. I wasn’t called back to my appointment until 11am. My therapist claimed that the front desk is supposed to buzz them when the session is over and that they didn’t know why the front desk didn’t buzz them when I arrived. Shouldn’t the therapist have a timer of their own? Why was the person before me being seen for an hour and a half but I was only seen for 44 minutes. That wasn’t the first time my therapist was late but it was the longest time I had to wait. It doesn’t help my anxiety any.

Had to wait 45 minutes PAST my appointment time that I had to reschedule. Also had the psychiatrist assert himself in our appointment to mention that I didn't know anything and HE was a doctor. Also not friendly to medical marijuana patients. No real care for the patients. Have never been this disrespected in a doctor's office. Wow. Will be going back to RCBM...
