I have been attending sessions in the Ferndale office for one year and it has been a wonderful experience. My psychologist is the best one I have ever had by far! Lots of other psychologists I've seen prior to Michigan Modern were disconnected and seemed disinterested in or confused by my anxieties. But at Michigan Modern, my psychologist is like a psychology nerd (in the best possible way!). She truly wants to help, bases all her work on actual science, and is funny and fun at the same time! Great place to go for help.

Horrible - do not go unless you want them to call your spouse a liar who they never even met and put a nail in the coffin of a 22 yr marriage. I hope he loses his license to practice....talk about UNETHICAL!

As far as the care of this facility goes my problem isn’t with it as a whole but more so with a specific individual who practices here Nicholas Paul Zulinski. I have been successful in sales for many years and in dealing with people there is a certain code you follow, Nicholas does not have the capability or wherewithal of following it. If you would prefer an unorthodox approach to appointments and someone who banters in a rude way then be my guest but I would strongly recommend anyone who truly needs help to seek it from somewhere else as nothing he offers would benefit anyone in any positive way.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here for one visit, was charged $100 which was my copay for my insurance. They then called me and told me I owed another $100 which was collectively more than they charge a walk in patient. The billing specialist told me she would take care of the balance. Lo and behold I get a notification on my credit report for $55 dollars with a collection agency. I never received any bills in the mail from this company or was told and amount near $55. Not to mention when I did see the therapist there, Samantha, she was unhelpful and all she said the entire time of my visit was mmmhmmm. Now I’m stuck with a decreased credit score for terrible service and a bill that was never sent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
