PLEASE START RECORDING AND MONITORING CALLS TO SCHEDULE. I have been begging to be seen since October..still no appt. Apparently I am on a waiting list but everytime I call to check the scheduler is so uncaring and extremely rude. It should not be this hard to get mental health services especially when I am in crisis and explained that several times. It is a shame people in need cannot get the help they need due to office staff's incompetence. Its very neglegant and dangerous to say the least. Please start evaluating your office staff, I have been dealing with very gross misconduct and I know I cannot be the only one.
