I would give them 0 stars if I could. MAJOR billing issues, which happened repeatedly. It took over a month and well over 15 phone calls to fix anything for the same issue to happen again. Also had extremely unprofessional experiences with the therapy, including canceled appointments last minute with no way to make them up. Avoid them.

I had a bad experience with previous counselors, and when I got the referral to go here i was nervous but it ended up being a great thing. The place is very clean, and cozy and my councilor is always on time and is very personal. I love it and I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you work any type of of regular 9-5, good luck getting a new patient appointment outside of those hours. I had an appointment almost a month ago that I took time off for and haven't been able to get another since with other therapists that were suggested. I had an appointment with one who then cancelled and now isn't taking patients. It seems every therapist is not taking new patients which is not easy to deal with when you're having a hard time. I have begun looking elsewhere for help since it seems no one wants to genuinely help.

Very prompt service, very professional, very discreet. Therapist are highly educated, compassionate and it is always a judgment free zone. No matter what your facing, they have a therapist for you. There is no shame in talking with someone, no man is an island!
