I have been a client for years and I can say Theresa helped me deal with alot of things head on. It was hard and lots of work, so if you want someone to pacify and just listen to you complain, she is not for you, but if you are ready to get real with yourself to overcome and gain tools to handle any situation, I would definitely recommend Theresa.

It was difficult for me to find a new counselor that could compare to her when I moved! If I hadn't relocated, I would never have left her practice.

We used her text option to reach out for counseling info and she responded back wanting insurance info before agreeing to help or even knowing all the details of our situation. I gave her both insurance policies that we have and she said she didn’t take either and that neither insurance company would pay for the type of counseling we were looking for so she couldn’t help me. I verified with our insurance companies that we had appropriate coverage for what type of counseling we were seeking and asked her why, if she didn’t accept our insurance she couldn’t see us if we just paid out of pocket because we were willing to pay whatever and she didn’t respond. She basically denied us without just cause. Her texts were cold, rude and disrespectful. It was a very poor impression of an individual who’s career is to help others.
