Drove 20 mins from Muskegon because a friend recommended this office. No receptionist was here from 11:45 to 12:30. My appointment was at 12 and no one ever came out to greet me. I wasted a day and gas for nothing. Nothing was ever offered to make it up to me. Janet Williams is her name.
