It was comfortable, I didn’t feel judged and it was an overal experience. My results came back a week later and sitting down with Margaret was a pleasure. Super great experience.

Incompetent at diagnosing an individuals condition. More focused on inaccurate findings based off a questionnaire and 10 minute consultation. PHd in clinical psychology does not make an expert in the field of Brain injuries. Very dissatisfied with our experience.

It was a wonderful friendly clean enviroment. I felt like they really helped my son. They are helping me get him on the correct medications and this should help him at school and at home. I am very pleased with their services, it was very easy to schuedule him an appointment and they got him in fast. We did not wait in the waiting room for long. When they did their testing they worked very well with him keeping him comfortable throughout the whole test. They also kept me as comfortable as possible too. When i came in for my results she gave me my own copy, which i highly appreciate and she sat down and explained everything to me.

The staff here were so pleasant, sweet, and understanding. I've been struggling with mental health issues for my whole life and they did a wonderful job of making sure I felt safe and comfortable. The results were very accurate. If you plan on visiting this place please keep in mind that psychology assessments are important and not always what we want to hear. Sometimes the these answers surprise us, we feel shocked, confused, or overwhelmed. That's okay! These people are here to help you and start a plan so you can start moving in the right direction. They are very sweet people, and I have no complaints. I'm very thankful for their infinite patience.

Went here for a psych evaluation. Immediately upon arriving they introduced me to their pricing and payment systems. Bad first impression. Scheduled my appointment a month in advance. Showed up early to do paperwork. I waited in a room for an hour after my scheduled appointment time just staring at the wall. When the doctor came in, she didn’t apologize. I mentioned the wait and she assured me that it was ‘normal’ and time allotted for me to ‘complete the paperwork’ I told her I wanted to end the appointment and get my money back. She complied (seemingly compelled by a responsible sense of shame) but still tried to blame her secretary a couple of times. Don’t go here. There are places that can and will give you good help. This is not the place.

They've changed my appointment THREE times before they ACTUALLY stuck to seeing me and all of that didn't have ANYTHING to do with me, that was all on them. THAT was aggravating to say the least bc the idea of having a test like this gives me enough anxiety let alone to work up to it for a week and then have them cancel it THREE separate times before they FINALLY have me a real appointment that was firm, when I finally had my first visit (where they accessed me BEFORE the ALL DAY battery test). The time thing blew me away. I told that last lady that called me on the third time to reset the appointment that I wouldn't guarantee that I wouldn't cancel it on then bc I was stressed out enough (without having to deal with that again). So yeah, to say the VERY LEAST, I'm quite apprehensive about this whole ordeal; but they are the one that my doctor recommended, so we'll see.

No issues with my psychologist. But people beware, their billing department is a nightmare. I went there for 6 months. At every appointment I asked the desk if my balance was good, that I didnt owe anything. I was always told I was fine. So imagine my shock when in May I get a bill that has a list of charges going back to January?? Calling the number for the billing department yielded nothing, literally. No one picked up, it would just give you a "beep" to leave a message. No thanks. After a run around, my balance was reduced, but "so sorry", this is still what you owe because we didnt do it right. I left. I paid it and cancelled future appointments. Now imagine my shock AGAIN when I received ANOTHER bill. Again back dating me. And again, for an appointment I. Paid. While I like the care I received there, I cant recommend going there until their billing issues arw resolved. If you chose to go there, I highly encourage to get physical receipts. Cover yourself, because their billing department may not.

Mental clarity and awareness is so important and yet it’s so scary. The services provided were exceptional. The staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The person who conducted my evaluation was very understanding, professional, sympathetic, and kind. Dr Ajayi-Nabors did an amazing job explaining to me my diagnosis. She also talked about the different options in treatments. She made it simple for me to understand it, and I truly appreciate that. I definitely recommend these services to the community.

Do not use this place. Four of my kids went there with four different therapists. One said my kid was great while there so they couldn’t help him. One kept telling my son he didn’t have to go back cuz he was throwing a fit about going. One got THE worst therapist ever and also went through three therapists for a kid who is very shy and not easy to get to open up. Could go on and on but I think you get the picture!

Every time we had an appointment, we waited a MINIMUM of a half hour to an HOUR. Even when we were the first appointment in the morning. Couldn't agree more with NT about billing issues. We received a bill 6 months after treatment. The bill looked like it was printed on a basic printer with no due date or return envelope for payment. I called the billing number at the bottom. No answer, no recording, just a beep. So I emailed them with my issue. I received a call back from Robert. I called 3 more times and left messages with the 'beep'. Never received a call back. I ended up calling the office directly to voice my frustration. The receptionist got frustrated with me for being frustrated. Not a good way to run a business.

Seems to care more about going through the paces than getting good results. My son was tested there, and despite his lack of cooperation due to his anxiety they continued through the tests. Somehow, they concluded a child that skipped a grade in school has an IQ of 69.
