Last 2 appointment for my daughter have been cancelled with 40 minutes notice. If u don't want an 8am appointment why schedule it.

They need to stop taking new patients because they don't have time for the patients that have been going there for years. If you have an emergency where talking to someone would be beneficial there is no availability for at least 3 weeks. I liked the two counselors I had there though.

This place really deserves no stars instead of one. When I called to make the initial appointment they were clueless as far as insurance goes. How do you not know what insurances you accept? When we went to check in for the appointment the woman (office manager? Not sure) was very rude. We were already in the session speaking to the counselor when this same woman practically threw open the door and stated we had to leave now as the insurance would not cover it. Right in the middle of the session! The counselor was wonderful and told this woman it was fine she would go ahead and see us anyways she was not worried about the insurance, and she left in a huff. The next day the woman called me and stated that we could no longer go there as they were "not taking new patients" What the heck? Really? When I made the appointment no one advised me of that. This place is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. HORRIBLE office manager. Do not go here!!

Very pleased with all aspects of service provided from reception staff to counseling precessional Kori Zimmerman. It is clear the staff truly cares for each individual. Kori provides excellent care with real world logic and reasoning. I can't say enough positive things about Kori Zimmerman; she is the ultimate professional with a vast knowledge base and plenty of professional experience to draw from. She made a HUGE difference in my family!
