I see 2 therapist, Ronnie (Director), and Megan (at the Monroe location). They're both fantastic! I have been going for a few weeks now, and can truly say that the treatment given to patients is phenomenal. They're passionate about what they do. Having a therapist take the time to listen to the specifics when you're in pain is a must..for me. I would highly recommend this facility!!!

Never had to go to physical therapy before, but so glad I did! Ronnie, Brad, Stephanie, Millie and staff are all wonderful people that really care about your recovery and providing a pleasant experience while doing so. Trust the process, do the homework, and you will be back to 100 percent in no time.

When I get there it is work but if you do the exercises at home too, it is worth every cent. When i leave i feel rejuvenated and refreshed better than a day at the spa.

I was experiencing severe pain and the staff at this site said I had arthritis. I actually had multiple myeloma but hadn't been diagnosed yet. I had tumors that they were not able to diagnose even tho I expressed my symptoms. They continued to have me do the same exercises even tho I told them I was getting worst. After being diagnosed with cancer and having emergency surgeries they continued to bill me even after I showed my diagnosis. They told me to pay my bill or I would be turned over to collections. I would NEVER recommend going to this location. They don't have the expertise or compassion to care about their patients.

Thanks to Ronnie and Advanced Physical Therapy of Monroe, my husband has his life back. His story is tragic, one that becomes an urban legend of good physicians trying to not scare patients or jump to the most drastic conclusions...when in reality he was becoming paralyzed. When I called Monroe to schedule an appointment for "simple lower back pain", The director himself called me back to investigate since my husband symptoms seemed misdiagnosed. His calm, specific and compassionate support saved my husbands life. The director knew something was far more wrong... and he was right. Unfortunately, my husband had a condition called cauda equina (google if brave). Emergency back surgery and two weeks in the hospital later, he started Physical Therapy in Monroe. He was told he would never use his foot again and 50/50 chance he could ever walk. Under Ronnie's expertise and the amazing team of Brad and Matthew, he is walking again! Our family is beyond thankful....
