Good luck talking to anyone at this place. There is absolutely NO ONE to answer the phone, and they DON’T return your call. I would’ve been a new customer, but first impressions are everything, especially with something as important as mental health. If they don’t care enough to answer the phone or return the messages of a new client, just imagine how you’ll feel when you have an issue to try to get worked out. No thanks, I’ll find somewhere else!

Upon entrance to see counselor, the waiting area induces a calm, relaxed friendly environment. When making the first appointment there are many locations to choose from, with experienced staff, to assist one in all area's of life's challenges. They also accept most insurances, including medicade.

The walls are paper thin. I was made to feel like a burden and other patients ("who are having a worse time than myself") are allowed to pretty much do what they please. Including listening to your CONFIDENTIAL conversations with your "therapist". Once I was demeaned, mocked, belittled and told I was the worst patient ever, I got up and left for the last time; because I saw another patient in the waiting room look at me like they heard everything spoken about. I was told "I'm beyond helping at this point", because I raised concerns about the legality of having another patient listen to an entire session I had, without me knowing they were there. Overall this was a terrible experience. I felt more depressed, anxiety ridden, anger fueled and hurt than if I had never reached out for help in the 1st place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMIES!

Wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and the atmosphere feels safe and comfortable- which to me is important. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had an issue. Everyone that works there seem so sweet. The only thing I would change is the selection of the music in the waiting room! Over all, would recommend

Everyone there is so nice and helpful really easy to make a appointment. And my therapist Megan is the best she is so helpful and wonderful I’ve been to many therapist and places. And this is the best one yet thank you so much!!!
