Seeing John for the 3rd visit next month. He is very firm, but very fair and extremely professional. I'm very pleased other than he charged me 75 for missing my apt the other day but he did warn me this will happen if I miss so not a shocker just stinks... My bad...

I have to say at first I was hopeful that this was a good place, however NO. The girls at the front desk are BEYOND RUDE. They do not greet you, they ignore you. All you hear is them talking about their personal life, eating and laughing annoyingly loud. They will talk with patients about their billing to where the entire waiting area can hear (which is against HIPAA). I had an accident to where I need to cancel my appointment and cannot even get in touch with the office, as a medical facility, they should have a message about contacting 911 and an answering line, instead they have "this number is temporarily unavailable".

Absolutely terrible. The counselor we had was so not a people person. She would just stare into space and through us. When it was time to do paperwork for my insurance company she refused until our bill was paid in full. It was the deductible payment. What professional refuses to do paperwork for my work insurance company to keep the progress going? Then they treat you bad at the front desk as if they talk about your private business with the psychologist and psychiatrist. She claims to be good with children but was very stoic with my teen.

Very similar to the ones posted- called three times, twice they had to take my insurance information. It was recommended through my Drs office but going in tomorrow to tell them it's a joke and that for professionals in the mental health spectrum, this company makes it a joke!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I contacted to make an appointment for my teenage daughter. Took my information and PROMISED to call back within 2 business days. After 3 business days, I call them back only for them to tell me they had no information. They couldn't see the schedules for any therapist for me to try back in a few days. I asked, "If you have all of my insurance and contact information wouldn't it be best for you to contact me for an appointment." I was told, "Yeah but you should call back to make sure you're daughter is seen." How is this service? So I basically have to call you every two days and hope you fit us in. Never had such a poor experience with a health care provider....and the people who answer your phones don't help your business at all.

Absolute worst experience of any business I have ever had. I called and asked for help. As we began to discuss payment they did not care to work with me and I was not so politely told to go elsewhere. I was shocked to my core. 1* too many

So I called looking to be set up with an appointment for one of their providers. I was sent to a number to do a first patient call in to get some background and try and set me up with the best available Dr. It is literally almost a week and a half later and I have never received one phone call about setting up an appointment. I was told 1-3 days. I would say for the type of work that they are supposed to provide not following through could have negative effects on the patient. It takes a lot to call for help and to think that you don't even get a response shows a lack of respect for the trying.

Dr. Elody verbally abused/insulted me and then my girlfriend later on. She refused to help my girlfriend in any way because she uses marijuana and also insulted her for it. She tried to randomly put me on an anti-psychotic that is made by a company that she gets favors and free food from, as evidenced by Open Payments Data, a government website.

I just paid 160+ to have the doctor fill out a form I could have completed myself in about 10 minutes only for her to rubber stamp a Prozac prescription.... What a scam

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Therapist always ran 2-6 hrs behind schedule. Or she would cancel on me last minute. I was being treated for traumatic brain injury and she chose other diagnosis that contradict my head injury. The therapist would always say I'm going to get my licensee taken away bc of you. It was living torture

I do not recommend this place. When I was trying to schedule an appointment with a counselor, the receptionist lady treated me like I was dumb. She should not be working for a counseling place that provides care for mental health.

Been going for a few weeks now, and I have had nothing but pleasant and positive experiences. Everyone has been very friendly and sincere and caring. All appointments have started on time. My counselor very clearly cares and communicates with me beautifully. Very happy I chose this location.

I love my therapist , she is always on time and even when she isnt in the office she checks her messages and gets back to me. I love my psychtriast. I feel the professionals are always willing to help me when i need more help. The only problem i have is the receptionist area. There are two receptionists that are friendly,helpful, and non judgemental. However there are two that are not friendly, i feel judges me and not helpful at all. Overall ,i do feel this place is very good. Even with payment issues they do try and help you with arrangements and can be understanding. I have been going here before i was 18 and now i am 26 and i have tried going to other places twice one and always come back here to see the psychtriast again and therpaist.
