Matt Penney and his team are awesome! My son was having back problems for many months and he totally fixed him! He no longer has back issues and is sure to do the exercises Matt gave him before he exercises. Great place. I highly recommend!

Matt Penney at Sports Rehabilitation Unlimited did a great job diagnosing my shoulder problem. He gave me some useful and manageable exercises that improved my range of motion and reduced the pain. I continue to do the exercises to get better and better every week. As a coach, I know many of my athletes who have gone to Matt and were back to competition and 100% health in no time. I would recommend Sports Rehab Unlimited to anyone.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly and makes every appointment as enjoyable as can be! At the same time, the treatment shows immediate results with helpful excercises to help your injury to improve so you can get back on your feet where you need to be.

From the people I care about most in my life to complete strangers on the street, if anyone mentions a need for PT, I can’t recommend wholeheartedly enough that they go here; I have full trust in their positive results. I’ve seen Matt for various sports injuries and rehab needs since 2011 and consider him to be a leader in this profession. His staff is terrific: Lyle is well-versed and knowledgeable with quick understanding and Courtney is cheerful and prompt in response to insurance and scheduling matters.

While the staff was pleasant and the facility was very nice, my daughter’s injury was not properly treated. In fact the exercises they had her doing only aggravated her injury further and have jeopardized her soccer season . After an entire summer of PT with no improvement, I brought her to orthopedic Dr. Schwartz. He was shocked with her treatment plan and made the recommendation we leave this facility. Specifically, squats and lunges are listed as exercises to avoid when diagnosed with patella femoral syndrome. I found that out with a quick google search with no medical background. How did this happen?

Running is an important facet of my recreation. Recently had become an uncomfortable experience and I was at a loss regarding cause and cure. Ammanda identified right glute muscle weakness as the root cause. She provided a series of targeted resistance exercises and frequency program. With guidance on correct form and gradual increase in resistance the muscles conditioning improved and I've re established my running enjoyment.
