This place is horrible I thought they were good at first but then I got pregnant so I didn't go to them as I couldn't take the medication. After pregnancy and breastfeeding I called to schedule an appointment I was told they would have to ask my doctor if he would still see me. He said he would but I needed to have a longer appointment no biggie. So I asked about aspecific day they said they had one appointment avail so I asked if they could reach out to the doctor to see if he could possibly squeeze me in then. They said I would hear back by noon when I didn't hear at noon I called around 2 to see if there was progress they procceeded to tell me they would check in with the doc again and call back, I later got a call back saying the doctor would no longer see me in that practice and nor will any of the other doctors. On top of all this and having to find a new doc I found out their records are not accessible to other hallmark health providers and I had to pay $30 to get my records horrible you reach out for help and you get slapped in the face.

Worst experience I have ever had. I was stuck in traffic and called to let them know I would be about 10mins late. Turns out the number I was given was to some remote office and the message was never delivered. I apologized sincerely to Dr. Kozlovsky but his response was "that doesn't change you being late." He was EXTREMELY rude, purposely took his time making his coffee and made me wait outside of his office which delayed my time with him even more. He must have looked at his watch about 10 times during the entire appointment (whatever was left of it). Complete jerk who did not care about me, the patient, whatsoever and was not engaging at all with my struggles of anxiety. How he considers himself a doctor is beyond me.

I've been here several times over the last few years and everyone I have been in contact with is wonderful. The doctors have specific days they are in the office and if you are aware which ones, scheduling is easy. I typically call to make my appointment rather than schedule 3 months in advance. Diane is typically the person I speak with when scheduling appointments. She is always friendly, and accommodating.

I was told that I was not acceptable as a patient because of my "drug use" and that it had been too long since my last appointment. I was reaching out because I've been on a waiting list for ONE YEAR elsewhere and was hoping to get in sooner. The "drug use" is alcohol which I was upfront about drinking 2-3 days a week due to not having any other help with my anxiety and depression. They don't want to help people that need the help.

Took advantage of me, didn’t book appointments for me, changed my appointment dates and times without telling me due to “doctor request”.. I’m so disappointed and frustrated... STAY AWAY. SHAME ON YOU PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE ASSOCIATES!!

WARNING Doctor Peter Orlov in Woburn is all about the money and nothing more!! He makes you come in as frequently as possible just so he can collect his fees. My son made his own appointment which I was unaware of, missed that (15 min) appointment, I received a bill for $80. EVERY doctor out there has compassion and waives that fee when it is the first and only missed appointment. Not Doctor GREEDY Orlov. He would not waive the fee, nor have the backbone to speak to me regarding why he would not!! RUN and find a psychiatrist that cares about the patient and NOT just the money!!!

Not even sure how my phone figured out exactly which business in that building I was in but ok may as well review it. My psychologist is a rude old fart named Dr. Oorlov or something similar. I told him I wanted to try a new medicine that might help my anxiety but instead of figuring out which medicine or change in my life or how to help me he instead says "kay when do you wanna see me again?" Instead of doing his job he cut my time short and did nothing to help me.

After calling three times to get an appointment, I finally received a call back five days later. After sharing personal information, they proceeded to tell me they didn't have any one available for me to meet with. Caring? No. They sure asked me for my insurance information quickly enough though. Shameful. If I could leave zero stars, that would be more fitting, thanks for kicking someone when they are down.
