Rather difficult matching a therapist to patients. It was mentioned only available hours are 10am-1pm for Chelmsford location. but when the 12pm-1pm time slot was requested, it was mentioned the therapist is not available at the time (for lunch?). So why not just say 10am-12pm availability?

Had a terrible experience here. My therapist was unhelpful and not knowledgeable. Turned me off of going to therapy for years because I thought it would never help. Years later I found someone wonderful and it’s made me realize how badly the people at PCA suck. Don’t go here.

The wait is always long and sometimes they just cancel appointments and reschedule on you as if you dont have a job. Stopped going here and had to stop taking my medicine...but I guess I'm going back just so I dont have to wait months for a referral then appt through my doctors...any decent places with blue cross blue shield around here ?
