The hardest part is getting your first few appointments, but once that's done, it's smooth sailing. I've been going for seven or eight months by now, and have not had any major issues.

I've seen 4 doctors here: 3 psychiatrists and 1 psychologist. Everyone has been awesome except one psychiatrist who randomly made a comment about my weight but he has since retired. The reason I'm giving a low rating is because of the billing office. Every time I go there's a new issue with co-pay and insurance and it's a pain in the butt. The people I speak to on the phone are not polite and they do not communicate with the office secretaries. Multiple times I have paid in office and the billing office sends me a statement weeks later saying I haven't paid. They seem more concerned with getting their money than figuring out what the miscommunication was.

Refused treatment, despite being listed on my insurance company website as accepting patients. Look up information on their contract with Kaiser, and it's pretty clear why: there's no profit in me.
