Simply horrible. Dont waste your time with this joke of an office. I called and ask for a specific provider who was in fact listed at this office, who wasn't even there. And after I told them I have Harvard Pilgrim, they took my info, etc. And 15 minutes later told me they dont take it. They are either liars or have an incompetent nitwit managing the phones. Don't bother with these people. They can't even get their info correct.

Declined me as a patient based on their “options questions” was told by the intake that they couldn’t treat me & there were doctors much better equipped for my care (with anxiety). Pretty general for psychiatry

Horrible experience. I do not recommend this place. As someone who has dealt with anxiety and sought going here in hopes to help reduce it during a stressful time in my life...I left the sessions suddenly because this place is NOT understanding and actually caused me anxiety/panic over the cancellation policies. It is OK if the doctor/psychiatrist cancels last minute on you..but if a serious life event, feel ill, or something comes up you cannot cancel without being charged $150. This is actually absolutely ridiculous and a joke. I have turned many people away from ever going to this place. In addition, they do not offer method to help you manage your anxiety/panic...they suggest medicating and monitoring. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU actually want to live a happier, healthier life. The worst place in Boston.
