I have been utilizing Bridgewells counseling services for over 4 years , I am very satisfied with them. Do to my busy work schedule having regular appiontments were difficult , but my Clinician there worked with me to find the right day that works for both of us. All in all I would defiantly reccomend this place to others :)

That receptionist that replaced Madeline Rosario is unfriendly....I enjoyed Madeline she was the best receptionist they had. Erika the therapist is very unprofessional she answers her phone during sessions and yawns.

I was kicked out of Bridgewell because I didn't want to go to their program. It's not fair. No meds no therapy now no help just kicked to the curb because of that

I have had nothing BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE. They had me running around in circles (which I did) to get back on the medication I was on for ten years (which took my doctors two years to find the right ones for me because everyone’s diffrent) I had to go to a diffrent doctor who recommended my old medications that I was only off for a year and half got all kinds of reports my medical records everything possible then drug screens that all came back negative for everything just to hear from the lady who is doing my medications who sent me to all these places just to hear that I was trying to “drug seeking” that isn’t right ..always canceling my appointments always reschedule and I’m always off half my meds still not on completely all of them I don’t recommend this place anywhere and I myself and finding somewhere else. Also been trying to get a Psychiatrist but no one is available. My medication nurse makes me feel uncomfortable.

The woman I spoke to on the phone said she would email me my in take form. I never heard from them again. I was in a bad spot and needed help. No hard feelings though, just unfortunate because I’ve heard good things about them.

I love going to Bridgewell because the staff are really friendly and flexible. I have had a bad experience the first time with a therapist but overall the rest of the staff are friendly. I see my therapist once a week. I also see a couples therapist once a month. I really liked the support they give and advice they give you. They try their best to do the right thing for you.

For the most part my mother has been going there for years, not much problems., but the med nurse tried to lie and turn what I believe was an office mistake. As I was there face to face when the pharmicoligist sent numberous request for her med. She was tol by the med nurse never recieved such a request, when five minutes prior the receptionist said the request was there. Now my mom is valiantly ill due to not haveing it. I do understand there are a lot if patients to be dealt with,but, a week in advance. (The pharmacy owners and employees have been our nieghbors for years they sent it well over 48 hour's. Instead of admittining that something somewhere happend and helping her to her best ability withsomeone on call. (Even if it were for the weekend.) The med nurse talked in circles and avoided my poor mother. Whom is now sooo sick, just sad someone would do that. She has been on this medication for 10 plus years. I was considering Bridgewll but that makes me nervous. Its not like she is a 19 year old seeker. She is a woman in her 50s thats lost two children. Smh.
