Convenient hours.

Before we got married, we decided we wanted some pre-marital counseling. Since we're not religious, we decided to see a progressive therapist. Stephanie Bathurst was a dream come true. She helped us understand our priorities with marriage, our expectations, our non-negotiables and even helped us deal with pre-wedding stress in an open and non-judgemental environment. We saw her 2-4 times a month. Our time with her was just as important as any of the other vendors we had for our wedding & we're truly grateful for knowledge & expertise. Psych Care was also in my network so the co-pays were incredibly affordable (which is also quite important when wedding planning).

Employees sound like very nice and caring professionals. The company itself needs a better system for new patients. If you are a normal working adult, it is almost impossible to schedule an appointment with them. If something is not currently available (and nothing reasonable ever is) they will tell you something along the lines of: "Sorry but we do not have a waiting list, you will need to call us back on Monday morning and see if anything opens up". I called multiple times over the span of probably 2 months trying to attempt to schedule an appointment, I eventually gave up. This can feel defeating after a while. I am sure they provide a great service if you can ever get yourself through the door. But for new patients, I'd argue that this is terrible customer service.
