High patient-to-doctor ratio makes it difficult to properly manage medications but they will work with you if you don't have insurance or are unemployed.

I would not recommend Eastern Shore psychological. They did have some very talented people there but unfortunately they have lost them. Behavioral therapist that was a sign to my grandson was far from what I expected and very disappointing.

This place hires amateurs to do professional work. I do not recommend their services. They are understaffed and hire people that don't know how the ends n out of how to conduct business for their clients. I do not recommend the PRP program. They have an uneducated..non remorseful...all over the place staff. If you get Amber. I suggest you run for your life. I was left with an electric cut off because of her negligence. Lying that it would be handled and she never even processed the paperwork til I received the disconnect. Oh but she Apologized for being negligent and that's all her sorry tail did. A profession that supposed to look out for the mentally Ill you shouldnt even have these type of worries. But if you go there you will. Sad facility.

In serious emotional condition, drove over an hour to get to a publically advertised meeting, got there and no one knew what I was talking about. Front desk unhelpful and uninterested. 15 min in, a tall nice young man tried to help, took my name and number, after hearing my urgent need for a group or therapy service. PROMISED repeatedly that "someone will call you back tomorrow!!" That was a week ago. I was so hopeful to find a good place. Based on this experience, and comments here, I guess I need to keep looking.

Would not recommend. Only take 2 intakes per day and that’s it. Inadequate to say the least.

Very attentive staff and scheduling is easy, they've been a great help to my family! They offer same day access 5 days a week and providers really care about getting people the help they need.
