As a patient here for more than 5+yrs. I'm always treated with respect and kindness from Karen & Joe. They are some of the best professionals I've delt with in a medical environment such as; being professional & still caring for u as a patient in a doctor office setting! They appointments and getting notifications for new appointments ahead of time, great mannerisms such as still being kind to u even if there day hasn't been the best! Hands down five star best patient service!!! I have been going to see dr. Rue for the past five to six years and I'm still very happy with everything she's done to better my life and trying new ways such as different therapy

I was horrified by my sister's treatment at this facility. She suffers from severe mental illness and suicidality and was treated like trash by the receptionist Eve Anderson. Do not attend this facility!

Very kind and understanding staff. With the help of Dr. Choi’s expertise and the prescription he wrote me, my life has changed tremendously. Not everyone can expect the same results, but this place saved my life. I went to my first appointment with crippling anxiety and now live nearly anxiety free thanks to my meds. Don’t be afraid to get the help you need, whether it’s here or someplace else.

This place is okay, however, I will warn you, if you are a teenager with depression and anxiety-related issues, especially if you had pulled your hair out at one point and you aren't anymore, do not, I repeat DO NOT see Dr. Ornberg. I was in a hair-pulling phase. I no longer am, but I still have bald spots, and she doesn't believe me! She also says that a bathrobe is lingerie JUST because it is worn in the bedroom. A terrible therapist who is WHACKED OUT OF HER FREAKING MIND! I see her every Monday, and last week I only ate HALF of my dinner because I was nervous about going to therapy. THERAPISTS ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP YOU, NOT HURT YOU! As a result, I have lost 17 POUNDS IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS! I was stressed before last week. She also goes out of her way to make you uncomfortable- she once said that my parents' divorce is my mom's fault JUST BECAUSE she is the one who moved out. THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING!!! My parents never committed adultery. Things just didn't work when they were married. Also, once she said these exact words: "It's very common for teenage girls to have a crush on their male teacher. (pause) And if they're lesbian, they have crushes on their female teachers". WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CREEPY COOL GUY MCGEE?!!! ALWAYS thinking I'm at fault. I'm not against lesbians and/or gays, but Dr. Ornberg made it look like I'M lesbian, which isn't true! So if you go to this center, go to Dr. Shapiro or Dr. Raznick- any damn doctor but Dr. Ornberg.

Wonderful office. They are great with communication and very fast and reliable to get back to you. I feel like this is rare these days with most medical offices. The 2 doctors I see, Choi and Hopkins, are wonderful .Very insightful and caring. This is the best experiance I've ever had when it comes to my mental health

I walk into this place and give them a copy of my healthcare card along with my ID to schedule an appointment a week in advance. Just for them to call me up hours before, on the day of the appointment, to say "ahhhh... you know what, nah. we change our mind at the last second: we don't take your insurance, it's not in network so we're canceling on you bye". And then hung up the phone on me.
