Good luck getting someone to answer the phone or return a message. Seem to hire inexperienced therapists. Look elsewhere.

I was a patient at BWCC for approximately 10 years and it was amazing back when Christine was still here to run it. That being said I have become so disappointed with this practice now. My therapist that I was transferred to ended up leaving the practice and after that I was treated like I was one in herd of cattle being shipped off to whom ever could fit me in. I couldn’t find a therapist that I fit well with and trying to communicate that to management was impossible so I gave up. Upon trying to call to get back in for multiple years now, I have been met with one road block after another. It’s really sad how this practice has grown to poorly treat faithful clients like myself. Without those faithful clients the practice would have never made it to the large scale operation that it has become today. It really makes me sad that it has come to the point of me giving this practice a negative review because years ago it was the only thing that saved me.

They don't even get a STAR! Only gave them one b/c we had to!! They do not answer the phone, return calls nor help with any documentation unless you make more appointments. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I would look elsewhere!

I haven't been back to therapy there in years, but the staff sure looks different on the website. I heard the staff has a high turnover rate and that all their clinical supervisors walked off the job earlier this year. The therapists staff is a little young. A friend of a friend and her husband went there for couples' counseling. They ended up with a young therapist who had never been married. They wanted an older person. I guess they're still trying to get it together after all those longtime therapists left this year. I hope they do. It's a good place if you need help.

Well first off good luck getting the receptionist.Goes straight to voicemail everytine.Idk about you but I dont enjoy phone tag games.We asked for family counseling.The counselor Kyle refused to do family counceling, and chose to only see my son.When he was informed of things escalating he decides to call SS.Maybe if he would have included us for family counseling, and giving us weekly appointments instead of bi-weekly, things would have gotten better not worse .Waste of my time and money.
