Dr. Mart misconstrued facts as they were relayed to him. He took what were acknowledged bona fide facts of a legal matter and on his own volition decided that they were incorrect without any knowledge of the situation. He then utilized them to serve as premises which were used to construct a faulty diagnosis of a situation. When the inconsistencies were brought to his attention he did nothing to correct the record. One should be careful not to utilize unprofessional services such as his if one is in need of a proper assessment.
