I was hired to work at Crossroads over a year ago, and greatly appreciate the approachable and friendly nature of all the staff. You really get a sense that everyone is on a level playing-field, from the administrative assistant to the CEO. What impresses me even more is the work that Crossroads does. Our clients face immense adversity in their lives, with social stigma and past trauma only being a part of it. The organization fosters an environment of respect, compassion, and healing for all who seek treatment with us. Even on hard days of work, it’s comforting to know that our efforts are helping to reunite families and restore clients to “who they wanted to be.” I encourage anyone feeling trapped by a mental health or substance use disorder to consider Crossroads as a support in their recovery.

Thanks for the false hope, offering my family member a life line, but only if she dropped her meds dose to 0 from Saturday to Monday, saying they had detox bed for her today. Now she's out of that treatment n on the street as she doesn't qualify ? Should have sent that info Friday then she would AT LEAST be in some kind of treatment, not the STREET. THOUGHT this place was THE place in MAINE. WHAT A JOKE
