My experience with the clinic was frustrating. The nurse we worked with was very friendly and helpful on the first few appts. The doctor we worked with was okay, however, my child told me they only talked for half of one of the sessions, then he showed my child a Ted talk in another session....not exactly what I want to be paying for. But my major complaint is how the office is run...very unorganized. We had multiple miscommunications, one being the girl at the front told me one time and I remember this exactly, but entered another time, which resulted in the nurse leaving early. I had actually left a funeral early this day, checked my child out of school, driven 40 minutes and arrived 5 min late to be told the nurse left because we weren’t there. I threw a fit and she came back to see us but was not happy. She said “it’s okay, I got someone to take care of my child so I can take care of yours”. This was on her employee, yet she took it out on me. There was a miscommunication from the doctor on when I would get test results, which he did offer to do quicker than normal because he hadn’t communicated to me and I needed them for school. One of our visits wasn’t processed correctly financially - found this after I sat down with the girl to go through all of our account info, because their statements are impossible to read. Not once did anyone apologize for any of these instances. I think the girl at the front is trying her best but just has too many responsibilities. This clinic needs more office help and better communication. Needless to say, after multiple fall outs, we moved on to a different clinic.
