It is almost 2018, why on Earth are you required to fill out a new patient packet in person and not online? This would be acceptable if you were guaranteed to be seen the same day, but that isn't the case.

The center is fantastic I really enjoy going. The only problem I have is getting my medicine.Next month will be 2 years that my son is gone. Please refill my Zolpidem 12.5 and also Quetiapine 50 mg. Please fill them for me. I can't take going to see my son at the grave site. Thank you Peggy Rogers
