I have left 5 messages (phone and web) for this group to schedule a new patient evaluation for a relative by recommendation of University Medical Center In-patient Behavioral Health Unit. It has been 8 days since my first message was left and I have yet to hear back. I even had a social worker call on my behalf. She was able to make contact with a staff member who assured her I would be contacted right away. That was 2 days ago. Still nothing. As a healthcare professional, I am actually appalled at the lack of professionalism and concern for those seeking mental health care from this group. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I can't say enough about this office. I've seen multiple physicians and each one has been life changing in some way or another. The office staff is on point! I would recommend visiting IBH Nola if you are not 100% happy with your current therapy and/or doctors. I'm making progress and I owe IBH for a lot of this success. Amanda New Orleans

I hate writing a review like this, since we really liked the people working there and our son wanted to work with them. Unfortunately, we just could not get a response in a reasonable amount of time. We had an initial appointment and now after over 3 weeks we still cannot get moving. We will begin our search again.

This place completely over charges it's patients, never calls to remind you about appointments, and has a very unprofessional office staff. When you pay for 30 minutes, you're lucky if they give you 10 with your doctor.
