if you use this service don't expect anything to be done on time cause you'll wait at least 2 to 3 months for anything to be finished witch is absurd and dont even think about trying to call their office you'll never get anyone your better off having to go up their every single time to get anything done cause they supposedly extremely busy 24/7 to take even 3 minutes to answer a single call and god forbid if you have to get treatment their at that place without having to pay at least nearly 800 dollars an hr witch is absolutely insane then on top of that if you want your own personal copies of what you payed for to complete you also have to pay a dollar a page for that also so their goes another 20 dollars very unprofessional and ran in a excessively expensive manner if you need to seek help i suggest going anywhere else in monroe or west monroe than here absolutely pathetic.

I have been to many doctors for my mental illness, so take me at my word, Dr. Williams and his staff are the best. He takes the time to listen and he does not prescribe medicine because it's the newest on the market, he prescribes what's best for the individual. I love the counsellors especially Mrs. JoAnna she doesn't have to write stuff down, when you come for your next appointment it could be weeks later, she remembers exactly where you left off. That really means something because you feel that you're the only patient she ever sees. If you need to see a psychiatrist or a counselor, this is the place, they seriously want their patients to get better.

While it is hard to get in touch with them sometimes, they are great about calling you back. They really care about their patients. They don't hand out psych meds like they are tic tac candy. You get what you need, ONLY. Some clinics are very cavalier in the way they pile in the meds. Not this Dr. They carefully evaluate you & thoroughly educate you on how to help yourself. I highly recommend them.

1. They never answer the phone. If you are scheduled for an appointment you can NOT cancel the appointment. They will bill you $40. No exceptions!! You have psychological problems...they don't care. They want their money! 2. They prescribe medicine that does not have a generic equivalency. Therefore you will pay more for any drugs. That is so the doctor can get bigger kickbacks from the pharmacy companies. 3. If you have mental problems and don't check you mailbox (my son) they will turn your bill over to a collection agency. They DO NOT CARE about any person as an individual. They only care about money!

Dr.Williams is nice and courteous. The office staff acts like they would rather be ANYWHERE else! I called to say we would be 15 minutes late, and they said I would be charged the missed appointment fee. I also had to reschedule. More than once I’ve sat in the waiting room for an extended period of time. They apologized and I never minded. I understand appointments before me may go over. I pay the bills on time and keep appointments. The ONE time I asked for a tiny bit of human kindness and understanding I was told no. The office staff every visit I’ve had over the past year is nothing but grim and rude.

Great service at times but when you expose your worst side to them, expect them to toss you to the curb, normally this wouldn't be as big of an issue, but given it's a mental health clinic, that's kinda important.
