Very unprofessional. The second Doctors visit for my little girl was scheduled at 9am, we arrived at 8:50 & waited until 9. Still at 9:15 no one was there to answer a phone or unlock the door. Finally around 9:20 the receptionist walks up in sweatpants & a T-shirt with her hair thrown on top of her head with a large bag & a change of clothes. Unlocks the door & proceeds to tell me the lady doing the testing was unavaiable. I asked why did I not get a phone call yesterday said she knew about it the day before. She mumbled an excuse. She did proceed to take my daughter and test her. 3rd doctors appointment and I had been calling since 9:30, the dr, who also answers the phone proceeds to tell me that I have not been calling since 9:30 basically calls me a liar. I asked will I be considered late if I’m 5-10 min out from the office he gave me the run around & no straight answer. Most unprofessional ‘doctors’ office I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them at all.
