Great counselors, but they never have time for the clients. You might wait a month for an appointment, even if there is a serious issue at hand. Too worried about keeping the books full so they can make money rather than actually investing in their clients. Very sad.

Just like the other review here stated, I too was doing great with therapy, then they decided not to take insurance anymore. I also thought Aucoin & Associates’ goal was to help people with mental illness, but it seems as though their only goal is in fact to profit. I also decided to cancel my upcoming appointments with the news, and apparently the extremely incompetent receptionist didn’t cancel it, so they also tried to charge me no show fees when I know adamantly that I canceled right there on the spot. I have to agree that Dr. Aucoin and her therapists do not care about patients, they probably only care about money. This review is a bit late I realize, but, I had to wait till I wasn't furious to write it. My other therapist also said it seemed illegal or something for a professional to change their office policy in the middle of the year, in the middle of someones treatment like that. I know that it was definitely tacky. I drove by today, like usual and the parking lot that used to be full is awfully sparse. I hope this is a lesson for people to not trust them, and to never do something like this to clients in the middle of a coverage period especially, and with very little notice no less. I'm sad to write all of this, because I was genuinely getting answers and improving. Better luck next time I guess.

Dr. Aucoin has always been there for me and my family, including marriage counseling for my husband and I when we were going through a rough patch. It's not something that's easy to talk about publicly like this, nor is it easy to find a therapist that works for both you and your spouse, but we found it here, thank god!

Dr. Aucoin and her therapists do not care about patients, they only care about money.

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place ... Dr Aucoin takes her time and really listens to what you are going through... I had questions and concerns about my meds after I got home..I called the office and left a message for her...when she called me back she took her time and answered all of my questions...when I hung up I just felt reassured.....I'm also seeing a counselor there.."Trish Osborne" She is so easy to talk to... from my first visit I felt as though I'd known her all of my life... She is a woman of faith...and she has such a wonderful way of turning negative thinking into positive thinking...Bottom line Dr Donna Aucoin and her entire staff are truly amazing...
