The website drew me in. I was excited to make an appointment here. I made sure to fill out all of the new patient paperwork in advance like I was told to do so when making the appointment. I arrived about 15 minutes early to be safe, and waited over an hour for my child’s first appointment. I tried to be understanding when they apologized for taking us back so late because I also work in an office and things do happen unexpectedly sometimes. When I went to the front to schedule our next appointment I was told “ that they were unable to do that and someone would call me”. This was annoying because I was here and wanted to just get it over with. I asked that they call me at work since I had taken off to come to the visit I would be at work when they called me back. The following week no one called. I called the office and left messages more than 3x and still no appointment. Yesterday I even called and requested a manager. The only reason I was able to get through to a human was to press a specific button that indicated it was an emergency. I explained my extreme disappointment to the lady and she said that her manager would call me back ASAP. No one ever called. Now a whole week has passed and I could’ve already gotten my daughter scheduled somewhere else. Since no one wanted to call and discuss with me I figured I should warn future clients. It was a really frustrating experience and we will NEVER go there again.

We saw Jaime for what I assumed would be an initial "consultation" of sorts, for a potential ADHD diagnosis, because she is a nurse practitioner and not a doctor, and therefore not within her scope of practice to formally diagnose a patient. Even their website says this. I even told her in the room that we weren't sure if my son has ADHD or is just bored because he has above average intelligence and acts out. But within 5 minutes of being in her presence, and her asking him 2 math questions and what he wanted to be when he grows up, with the vocal excitement of a stoner, she lackadaisically said, "I'm going to go ahead and diagnose him with adhd..." and then proceeded to tell me about the medications she can give him. Because I'm not going to blindly agree with her opinion without a formal psychological screening from a doctor, I told her no. That costs $500-1000 out of pocket, mind you. She asked why I was against medications. I checked out mentally at this point and just tried to finish the appointment. I will not be taking my child back to them, because even with the formal assessment, I am quite sure he will still have adhd, even if he doesnt. I wanted help with our behavior issues, not just to medicate him into submission.

Don't waste your time or money here. Took my daughter into counseling and she was told to come back weekly by the therapist. When checking out, I tried to schedule the next 4 appointments and was told no one had available appointments. We home school so we're even available during the day. So disappointing.

Sadly, when we left an "urgent" message for my family member's Doctor last Wednesday we have received ZERO call back. I don't often give bad reviews, but care like this is dangerous in any health field, but especially the mental health field.

Jaime Loebner seemed compassionate, but prescribed medication that only resulted in side effects, did not provide me with a single peace of useful information at the end of our session, and, overall, wasn't helpful.

Prepare to be impressed. Well worth the wait, this medical practice has your best interests in mind. The staff work tirelessly to make sure patients are comfortable and have everything they need. Dr. Kutner and staff show they really care with awesome professional attention and compassion. I rotated here as a 3rd year medical student and the experience was life changing. I was not in any way paid nor was my grade influenced by my opinion.

Dr. Kutner and his staff go above and beyond to provide the highest care for each patient. Dr. Kutner is invested in each patient he sees and does a wonderful job. He will not leave the room until every concern is addressed (this sometimes means long wait times but rest assured he will never rush you once in the room). He does not give up and works hard to make the lives of his patients and their families better. The facility is neat and very clean as well.

As an adult who was seeking help, not a child, I was completely honest with them about my life, how I naturally deal with my issues and and how I'm looking for a more natural approach and Dr. Kutner flat-out refused to see me, sent an email to tell the nurse practitioner I was speaking to and no explanation UNTIL I called and complained how rude it was. A doctor who refuses to help people, or sets conditions to treat people, that says enough. I would not waste the 2 hours and constant saving you have to do to complete their intake form, it's nothing but a waste of time. I guess it much healthier to load adults, and children, on pharmaceuticals, at least for the doctors pocket book. This was the absolute worst experience I have had with any doctor over my lifetime. The absolute worst.

Called to see if I could assist in scheduling an appointment for a friend. The person who answered the phone was obviously too busy to help me. Jessica was also very sharp tounged in informing me that she could not help my friend at all unless he called. He is not going to call. Would also not give me a reference, directed me to the web page. This company is definitely not Interested in the community health of patients they have not seen or potential clients

Made several attempts to schedule counseling sessions for my son. No one and I mean NO ONE was ever available for months out. It's ridiculous. They continue to accept new patients but do not have the availability for them. On the flip side, they had no problem scheduling him for an ADHD test, and then a follow up to tell me that he ABSOLUTELY HAS ADHD and needs MEDICATION.....but still no available counseling sessions. He later received testing / counseling elsewhere and got conflicting results and is doing great.............proceed with discernment.
