Wonderful staff of therapists here.

They saved my sanity at one time, but when you wait 3 years for a goal and the therapist shrugs her shoulders when you ask what happens if ins. changes and the goal is no longer covered. There is a serious lack of empathy. See anyone but Jen. Replying to Owner... Ins. with you was not the issue, Jen and her "crying is not an appropriate response", and the shrugging of the shoulders was in response to if bariatric surgery was not covered at the 1st. of the year while she decided when I was "well enough" to deal with POSSIBLE affects from it, was the issue.

This place is wonderful. I attended for nearly 2.5 years and saw Clarissa for some very personal and private issues. She is so compassionate, patient, and understanding. She pushed me to get better but I never felt as though she was looking down on me. She literally saved my life and I will be forever grateful for the help she provided to me.
