I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this place. The IOP program and therapists here saved my daughters life. The staff were all professional and the therapists were kind and understanding and helped our entire family navigate this illness. We tried therapist after therapist until finding the Louisville Center and are so thankful we did.

My privacy was violated many times by this place, with a therapist talking about my health issues to other patients and vice versa. My list of prescription medications was left on a table in a public waiting room for everyone to see. The process of getting my medications refilled was an absolute disaster. On two separate occasions, I went without medications because of poor communication with the people at this practice, and I mentally suffered the consequences. In the Intensive Outpatient Program, they treat you like a child, often being borderline disrespectful. One therapist in particular was often 15-20 minutes late for appointment times, something that should not be happening considering the amount of money you have to pay. When I left, no one tried to make anything better after I raised concerns. No one apologized to me for the practice violating my privacy, my time, and my feelings. I saw a therapist for a final session there and she basically reprimanded me for all of the people in my life who I've hurt, including her. She was so mean I cried and I kept saying how sorry I was, but she didn't stop. I will NEVER go back to this horrible place, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else.

You have to be rich white and young to be admitted. They dont take insurance, charge thousands, yet wonder why there is an epidemic. # ????really????? Theres a reason why folks have eating disorders, it's called "being marginalized," try catering to those who are and you might see less of this epidemic.
