$1500 Down The Drain Dr. Graven's report on our child was very generic and unusable. The school was unable to use the report and we had to go through another round of testing at a different facility. When we met with her we felt like she was rushing us through the process and when I called to have questions answered she was unavailable and never returned my call.

Dr. Aaron was late at least 5 minutes every appointment but I would typically wait on him for 10-15 minutes. They moved locations I don't know if this is the updated address. The staff was very sneaky and it was always had a new excuse. I forgot about one of my appointments and asked for a refund. When I brought this to one of the staff members attention she apologized and stated it was her fault because she didn't send out a reminder. I was advised to talk to it about Aaron when I did he stated to talk to the office staff. I kept getting the run around. I came to the decision I wasn't going to go any longer and canceled my appointment. When I was waiting on my final statement from them I decided to call them because it had been a while since I heard anything. When I did they had the wrong address on file although I had verified with them a few times in the past what it was and spelt it out for them.

Great services, but do NOT discuss billing process with patient or families until after services are rendered! Our son had testing done here and we had insurance at the time of testing and a full 2 months afterwards, BUT... they do not bill your insurance until the results are given to you from the testing! We had made the facility aware of our upcoming changes to insurance including our 1 month lapse while I and my wife transitioned to different employers simultaneously. "No problem" was the only response. Then they give us the results and 2 months later a $1,400 bill for service rendered. I tried to dispute that we had coverage at the time services were rendered and thats when we were informed of this ridiculous policy. and because of the statement dates we cannot appeal to our past insurance carrier... And the billing departments comment? "oh well, most insurances wouldn't cover this testing anyway." Which is something else never discussed until AFTER the services were rendered. As far as the testing itself and the staff at the center? Very positive. I give the degree of assessment on my son about 90% accurate, if not more. The staff were warm and friendly and very professional, other than this rather large oversight.

Very friendly office staff. I saw Dr Neale for about 8 months and she was very pleasant, friendly and listens with all of her heart. Most of my visits felt as if I was speaking with a best friend. She also makes you smile with some of her awesome sense of humor :)
