I called this office and asked if they had a neurologist and the lady rudely said yes. I then asked if they saw children and she said yes. Then she said they do testing and treatment and I again asked if they had a neurologist capable of reading an EEG and her answer was "where do you live" then she got mad and yelled that they were neurologist and screamed bye and hung up. Unbelievable!!!

My report was full of inaccuracies about my personal history, which made me look bad. She reported that I had somatic symptoms that were in my arsenal of coping, which was purely judgmental. This statement was in the midst of reporting multiple cognitive impairments that had never been evaluated by a neurologist. Dr. Parker also throws in diagnoses that are not even in the DSM V. Thankfully she did recommend neurology referral, and the cause for my problems was found. She did not fully report her test findings, and won’t respond to me or my neurologist (a medical professional) requests for test scores. An office visit with a fee should not be required In order to obtain actual test scores. Copyrighted info can be blacked out or a report can be typed up on different paper.***Follow up to this revealed that I had an abnormally low performance IQ that Dr. Parker neglected to report. No wonder she did not want to give up my scores. I don't understand why a provider would behave the way she has. If I did not have medical knowledge, I would not have figured her out. One would think I had personally wronged her to have done what she did.

Unprofessional! Had screaming infant in office. Abrupt tone & gestures, not quite what my colleagues and I expected. Maybe just having a bad day or the screaming infant gave her a headache too.

First and foremost, the Dr was not there on time for our appointment, neither was any assistant. And this has happened twice that I've shown up. The Dr also rushed through the testing, acted like she didn't know where anything was, misdiagnosed my child with intellectual disabilities. She wasn't even specific on what level of intellectual disability he had. And when we had done research on intellectual disabilities he had none of them. Only thing she was pin point right on was the fact that he has anxiety. I'm going to follow with the rest of the doctors that have seen him and go with what they have seen. And I'll definitely take him somewhere else for a second opinion. Someone who acts as if they care and aren't just trying to get testing done to get us out. Someone with better rating also.
