If you are a parent please read this! Do not take your children to any centerstone office! They are ran by the corporate hub in Tennessee and their chief executive officer is David Guth Jr. . He is a horrible man, and should not even be called a man! As the Chief Executive Officer of a company, that he was made aware, abandoned a seven-year-old in his mental health needs, (my seven-year-old E.D. child), but he failed to immediately get the child back to the facility where he could get his mental health needs met, shows that this man is beyond immoral, and unethical! Please warn other parents to not take their children to this facility, as they have committed Abandonment, Malpractice, and Neglect against my seven-year-old child! The state of Indiana CMHW Director, Julie Bandy, is currently investigating them, for their abandoning my child, in his mental health needs, in regards to the State Medicaid Wrap Around Program. My son was a Patient/Client of Centerstone, and in so much, this facility was obligated to continue to provide the services he needs, and was in, for him! This facility has blocked me from being able to comment on their Facebook page, because they don't want the public to know what they did to a child! No one should take their children back to this company, until they prove to make right what they did to my child! You would not take a child to a doctor that inappropriately touches children, you would ban him from being able to have access to children because he's harming them! Therapists touch children inside of their souls and hearts, and they have abandoned, and hurt my child, with this form of abuse, that they've committed! If I as a parent, fail to get my child to medical treatment he needs, I'm guilty of Neglect, and put in jail; However, these lowlifes are getting away with it! Please parents, warn other parents, and get your children away from these people, as fast as possible! if someone was hurting your kid wouldn't you want as many people as possible to share the story as well?
