After having our first appointment cancelled due to a “scheduling conflict” we went ahead and scheduled another appointment. We showed up 10 minutes early to an empty parking lot and locked door. After waiting 7 minutes past our appointment time I reached out to Larry, he advised that he “stepped out for a moment and would be right there in 10-15 minutes” after waiting another 20 we get another phone call this time its “I’ll be there in 5-10 minutes” Very unprofessional to say the least. At that point and time we cancelled our appointment. Then I personally received 3 phone calls and a text message from Larry. I advise against using his services. This counseling session was very important to us and we were treated as if it did not matter. However if the tables were turned payment would be expected because of the missed appointment.
