Dr. Morton’s expertise in child psychology, autism, and other disorders, along with her incredible staff, has helped so many children get the help they deserve. From the administrative staff to the technicians, everyone is friendly, courteous, and so helpful!

I went to Brainpower with my daughter to see what was wrong with her son. They did several tests and when it came time for my daughter to hear about the results, Dr. Morton did a wonderful job of explaining everything in detail to her. WE had gone to two other places and nobody could find out what was really wrong. Dr. Morton not only told us about all testing done but also told us what we should do to try to help him. Her son loved the place so much he wants to go back! Everybody was really nice to all of us.

I will preface this review by saying that I do not typically “blast” companies on Google Review, or anywhere for that matter. However, the recent experience I had is completely wrong, and I feel others seeking help for their children should know what some others are experiencing. The long and short story is that we are being completely denied access to our child’s records, which is illegal by the way. We will not let this go and will seek litigation if need be. To deny someone access to medical records, it’s inexcusable and deplorable.

I've always had a pleasant experience here with both of my children. The staff are easy to work with and are as accommodating as possible. The progress made by my oldest has been especially impressive since beginning therapy here. I can't recommend the team here enough. They are incredible!

Brainpower is really wonderful, I have only been there twice, they are amazing! Katelyn Ryder is the Best for Testing. The people there are nice and helpful. Thank you so I’m h Brainpower for making me feel like I was at home. And I would recommend this place to anyone.

Best office ever!!! I've been everywhere in Indiana trying to find the best services for my child. BrainPower has helped my child in more ways than I could count. I would recommend them to anyone looking for autism services for their child.

The office staff is condescending and beyond rude, especially the office manager, Kate or Katie. There was zero transparency as to what testing would be completed with my children and the amount of time it would take; despite asking 3 seperate individuals on multiple occassions. I did not feel that my children were in capable clinical hands as several things were asked of us that are in direct contradiction to current evidence based research.

I dont even rate this place a 1. Their office staff is very rude and will argue with you. They will not work around your busy schedule. The therapist yelled at one of my children for no reason and didnt apologize for her wrong doing. Do not take your child(ren) here. Whatever you do,DO NOT TALK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER KATIE BRADLEY,she will harass you and yell at you over the phone.

They don't care about your time. Waited for over an hour for a feedback appointment. I guess the owner and Doctor that run the facility is too important to be bothered with keeping her scheduled time but God forbid they schedule realistic appointments because that would hurt their bottom line.
