If you like to be treated like just another number, please come here. The admin staff all the way up the line to your therapist or counselor on to your psychiatric provider will fit with you great. When you leave, you will feel like crap, and be worse because of it.

Amanda is awesome! I went through 4 hours of testing with her and she helped me understand my weak points and my strong points and how to work with them. She listened to everything I said, tried to say, or didn't say attentively. She knows what she is doing. I would recomend her to anyone willing to listen, accept, and respect what she says. She won't play games with you. Very nice and respectful lady.

I do not even know where to begin with this place, to begin I have been married to my husband for a while now and he was having some problems so he decided to come to this place. For a while everything was fine then out of nowhere they moved our doctor to this new building and never told us. We went to an appointment scheduled at the old building and where told then she moved. We finally drove across town to this building to have our appointment cancelled because we were late. Then when we went to a new appointment at the right building I was told that I was not allowed to go back with my husband even though I had before and he even stated he felt more comfortable with me there. The doctor refused and took him back, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and given an extremely high dosage of a very potent medicine. We took him to 2 other doctors a few months later after he had severe side effects only to find out he did not have bipolar disorder. He was misdiagnosed because the doctor here decided not to spend more then 10 minutes to diagnose him. We stopped coming here, now my husband is joining the airforce and we need his medical records from them. We went and we're told it would take a maximum of 30 days. We have been trying for nearly 2 and a half months! Everytime we call they say they have one more thing they need to do and tell us they will call us back and they never do! We have been calling nonstop because at this point we need these papers urgently. Everything I have experienced here has been a complete nightmare. Save yourself the time and avoid this place.

I have had nothing but great things happen for me with Jennifer Parr and Victoria Ewing. They literally saved my life. I truly do not know where, in my life’s journey, I would be now if it weren’t for Jennifer Parr who saw first and then Victoria. I see them both on regular visits. Out of the many visits I have had since 2015, there has only been 1 time I had to wait due to a misunderstanding. They are the kindest therapists I have ever seen. They truly care about what I am going through. I highly recommend BBH for everyone and anyone who wants or needs a gentle person to help you in your times if need. God Bless Everyone at BBH.

I have two children on the Autistic spectrum. They are treated well there. My son wants to try to play with everyone, most people it doesn’t bother. I have to take him to the vehicle if it looks like someone is started to get anxiety from his wild playing. Most of the time, my kids bring smiles to peoples faces.

I came here on a referral from the GP, who is great. Unfortunately, this place is nowhere near great. The therapists will argue with you, will leave you feel defensive and as if they don't believe you. They will ignore prior diagnosis. They will charge you for things without being upfront about the cost: they will bill your insurance even when you pay up front. And that's just the short of it all. When they diagnosed me, they didn't listen to what I said: they argued with me over a diagnosis from my childhood family doctor who'd known me from birth: the initial person I spoke with, who's job was to match me with a therapist and diagnose me, left entire chunks of my symptoms out of their file on me. My actual therapist wouldn't believe my childhood diagnosis and argued with me multiple times over it vs another diagnosis (ADHD vs Bipolar Disorder). They left me feeling defensive and guilty, when I specifically was trying to work with them on my guilt issues. When talking about some issues I have with my husband, I was told basically that I should just do what he wants and not do what he doesn't want, even if he doesn't tell me he doesn't want it. I was told they could not issue medication for my ADHD unless I underwent full psychological testing: I was NOT told, when I initially agreed, that the full psychological testing could cost up to $1500. I was told that, in order to be diagnosed with ADHD, I had to undergo drug testing. When I canceled the drug testing the day of, and asked them NOT to send anything out for testing, they sent it out anyway: I am now in the process of disputing a $1500 charge just for the drug testing. I will not be returning here. I suggest that you save yourself the stress and not come here at all.

Some people are very negative with their reviews. For one, Therapists and these professional people CAN NOT fix you. They can help you. It takes a few appointments. I've been going since October and I've so far had a pretty good expereince. I have seen a pretty good difference in my mental health. I still have it but I'm glad I can function and go places slightly.

Wonderful. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Providers were professional with a sense of humor and compassion. You're there for awhile but I would hope they would take their time in evaluating, treating and going over results with everyone! Highly recommend!

The staff are sensitive and informative with information regarding what insurance will cover. They do require psych testing on new clients that have not had this before if they need documentation to support a diagnosis. I am a retired psychiatric RN and found their assessments to be on target and helpful.

So far, it's been a horrible experience. Takes forever to get through on the phone and ifbyou hold long enough, they'll pick up and hang up immediately. I've been waiting a week for a prescription to get filled and they have been NO help. Was told by the office today that they verified with the pharmacy that the prescription was received and told me that I should be able to pick it up by 5pm... its 5:45 and the pharmacy still never received it. Straight up lied to me. Appt later this week and if they dont show signs of sympathy at the least, I'll be switching offices.. I've only had 1 appt so far. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I have seen providers at both BBH locations. Those at the Monarch St location have been satisfactory, especially the NPs, but those at the Prosperous clinic leave much to be desired. I was diagnosed with what used to be known as Asperger's syndrome and inattentive ADD last year as well as major depressive disorder, and today saw a social worker who allegedly had some expertise working with adults on the autism spectrum. My own condition includes misophonia, which is an extreme negative emotional reaction to certain noises, often those associated with chewing. Long story short, this woman, Mia Perry, got hostile with me when I strongly hinted that she remove her gum, the chewing of which while in session with a client is the height of unprofessionalism AND deeply disturbing to someone with known hypersensitivity to discrete auditory stimuli such as that which defines misophonia. She demanded that I "tolerate" it. I am not capable of tolerating anything of this nature. Also, I have a severe case of ADD, and when I presented to her a set of papers that I needed to have signed in order to be able to wear noise cancelling headphones at work, she flat out refused, stating that she had told me the last time I saw her that she does not do that. The last time I saw her was three weeks earlier. I recalled no such thing. The papers were due that day, and as a result of this unfortunate interaction, I will have to remain on sick leave until I can refile an application for adptive equipment and locate someone else with legitimate credentials who will sign them. This lady strikes me as too temperamental and possibly mean to work with clients with my diagnoses.
